Weekend Public Classes 2025


Saturday

9:00AM Hatha

Hatha is a foundational class ideal for beginner and intermediate practitioners. The poses are standing as well as on the mat and are held for longer periods. Breathing is emphasized. This class is designed to be balancing for the body and all of its systems.

Sunday

9:00AM Yin

Yin is slow and passive. Yin yoga poses held for 1-6 minutes while the body is still cool and we are aware of our natural breathing. Focus here is on large muscles groups of the body such as shoulders and hips for releasing in the physical as well as subtle body.

This is a quiet, meditative class, ending in Savasana.

Beginners are always welcome and instructors will teach to suit all levels. Everyone was a beginner once!

Mats available to borrow for FREE.

YOU CAN DO THIS.

*To book class, please specify SATURDAY or SUNDAY booking and your name. New students please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to register.

Parking is available in the big lot. Entrance to the studio is on the east side/left of the parking lot.

Studio is located on the second floor.
